Good Harbor Bay Trail
Good Harbor Bay Trail
Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore

Comments:
The 2.8-mile sandy path winds through tall dune grass and is almost flat with just a few small grades. Near the beginning of the trail, there is a short section of low coastal dunes, with access to the beach. Then the trail turns away from Lake Michigan and becomes wooded for its length. A portion of the trail passes through a swamp, and a small bridge assists in crossing a couple of wet spots.
Fees: A National Park Pass is required. Various options are available and can be purchased online or at the Visitors Center in Empire.
Location: Off Lake Michigan Rd; take CR 669 north from M22, follow Lake Michigan Rd to east.
