During dinner, enjoy a brief discussion on the history of Raclette, learn how it’s produced, and the processes Leelanau Cheese employs to maintain its high standards in cheesemaking. Dinner will be a casual affair with open communal seating. As you eat and mingle, you can chat with one of the cheesemakers, ask questions, and purchase their award-winning Raclette.
Tickets include a hearty Raclette dinner with assorted meats, vegetables, potatoes, fresh bread, and melted cheese.
Wines by the glass or bottle will be available for an additional cost.
