The secrets of this gastronomical wonder will unfold as you learn to hand-stretch curd and form bocconcini, string cheese, and delicate burrata. After class, enjoy your mozzarella two ways with a meal including a fresh burrata salad and baked on a Neapolitan-style Margherita pizza from our wood-fired oven. In addition to the mozzarella you make in class, you’ll take home a rock-solid, repeatable recipe for home production. Tickets include one glass of wine. More wine may be purchased onsite for an additional cost.
